The Law office was founded in 2002. Its activity, however, benefits from its partners’ prior experience acquired in large chain law firms and in individual law offices run by the partners. We focus mainly on intellectual property, and advertising and press law. The second area in which we excel is legal advice in all aspects connected with real estate and investment.
Notwithstanding the specialization mentioned above, in order to meet our Clients’ expectations we deal with other aspects of law related to their economic activity, e.g. litigation constitutes a significant part of our activity. In this area we handle not only complicated and precedential cases related to copyright or industrial property, but also more basic issues that help our younger lawyers to gain experience.
In our activity we try to combine the experience acquired in large chain law firms with an individual approach towards our Client’s needs, which is possible only thanks to a smaller team. Moreover, the skills acquired by our partners in the course of their academic work allow us to resolve even the most complicated precedential legal problems.
